  • Currently, we operate two high-performance Laser Jet Cutting Machines, SLTL and HSG.
• Laser Machines:
  • A 6 Kw laser machine, sized 6.5*2 meters, capable of cutting up to 24mm MS, 20mm SS, 12mm Aluminum & 8mm Brass.
  • A 2 Kw laser machine, sized 1.5*3 meters, capable of cutting up to 16mm MS, 10mm SS & 5mm Aluminum.
• KMT Pro Water Jet Cutting Machines:
  • German-based KMT Pro Water Jet Cutting machines with 2 water jet pumps, cutting up to 300mm SS.
  • Utilizing the latest technology with a 90000 psi pump and a sizable table of 4000 X 2000 MM, enabling the easy cutting of 8-meter plates.
• Bending Machine:
  • Our Bending Machine can efficiently bend up to 8mm MS.
• Fabrication and Welding:
  • Comprehensive fabrication capabilities with Mig Welding machine, Arc welding machine, and Argon Welding Machine.
  • A skilled workforce ensures precision and quality in all welding processes.
• Surface Finishing:
  • In-house facilities for Sand Blasting, Powder Coating, and Zinc Coating, ensuring a durable and polished finish.
• Project Portfolio:
  • Extensive experience in handling job work for international standard projects, including Metro, building elevations, refinery industry, construction machine manufacturing, textile machine manufacturing, paper cutting machine manufacturing, and pharmaceutical machine manufacturing.

Our Evolution:

• Expansion in 2010:
  • We enhanced our capabilities by adding another DW 2030 Dardi machine, which has now completed 14,000 hours of operation.
• Factory Relocation in 2011:
  • Our move to a new 20,000 sq feet factory, featuring ample space for raw materials, marked a significant step in our growth.
• Technological Advancement in 2013:
  • The acquisition of a state-of-the-art KMT pro-60 pump, the second of its kind in India, significantly boosted our production capacity.
  • Our facility includes a 4000 X 2000 table size and a 15-ton crane.
• Leading Industry Position in 2016:
  • The installation of an additional KMT Pro pump solidified our status as India's largest water jet job shop.

In May 2023, we proudly initiated the production of cutting-edge agricultural machinery, namely the chaff cutter and power reaper. Continuing on this path of innovation, we introduced the 3DS Rotavator – a pioneering development that stands as the first of its kind in India. Our relentless pursuit of improvement also led us to unveil the Single Rotavator Super Plus series, showcasing our dedication to providing farmers with the most advanced and efficient agricultural solutions available in the market.

But our growth doesn't stop here. We are continually exploring new horizons and avenues for expansion. Our commitment to progress and staying at the forefront of agricultural technology positions us as leaders in the industry.

Vision:

As we look ahead, our vision for the coming years is bold and ambitious. In the financial year 2024-2025, we aim to achieve a sales target of 5000 units for our revolutionary 3DS Rotavator. This target reflects not only our confidence in the quality and performance of our products but also our commitment to empowering farmers with the best tools for their fields.

Additionally, we are setting our sights on the sale of 500 power reapers in the same financial year. The power reaper, with its efficiency and cutting-edge design, has quickly become a staple in modern farming practices, and we are dedicated to making it accessible to farmers across the nation.

Furthermore, we are in the development phase of a groundbreaking product – the Reaper Binder. This innovative addition to our lineup is poised to redefine harvesting processes, offering farmers a comprehensive solution to enhance efficiency and productivity. We are eager to bring this product to the market and anticipate its positive impact on agricultural practices.
